Position: Company Director
Length with City Resource Ltd: Since the beginning! (2008)
Main job role: As Director, Andy's main job role is to make sure that the company is fully compliant and up to date with all the latest legislation in order to protect our clients from any nasty surprises!
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Andy enjoys DIY and playing football. Andy likes to show the younger players how its 'properly' done!
Favourite aspect of the job: His favourite part of the job is facing new challenges everyday and ensuring that both our clients and candidates receive the highest level of service possible.
Position: Company Director
Length with City Resource Ltd: Since the beginning! (2008)
Main job role: Tom's main role is to inspire and motivate the rest of the team to be the best they possibly can! Tom is also involved in business development and client retention.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Tom enjoys football and spending time with family. His favourite thing to do however is to have a lazy day on the sofa with some chocolate!
Favourite aspect of the job: Tom's favourite part of his job is that everyday is different and that he can never predict what each day will bring. He also enjoys being part of such a fantastic team!
Position: Branch Manager
Length with City Resource Ltd: Two years
Main job role: Toby deals with the engineering and commercial sectors of the business. Toby is also in charge of overseeing the rest of the team and offering them help and advice when they need it.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside the office, Toby enjoys football and is a Tottenham Hotspur fan. He has a dog called Layla and enjoys socialising with friends and family.
Favourite aspect of the job: Toby's favourite aspect of the job is meeting and working with new people everyday.
Position: Sales Manager
Length with City Resource Ltd: Six months
Main job role: Gavin deals mostly with the industrial sector of the business. As sales manager, Gavin is also in charge of monitoring the sales as a whole and seeking new clients.
Hobbies and Interests: On his days off, Gavin likes football and supports Arsenal. He also likes to socialise with friends.
Favourite aspect of the job: Gavin's favourite part of his job is making new connections within the industry and meeting new people everyday.
Position: Driving Consultant
Length with City Resource Ltd: Two years
Main job role: Ian works with drivers round the clock, this includes everything from making sure they are registered to helping them with payroll.
Hobbies and Interests: In his spare time Ian likes motorsports and football. Ian supports Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Favourite aspect of the job: Ian's favourite aspect of his job is that no working day is ever the same.
Position: Industrial Consultant
Length with City Resource Ltd: Two months
Main job role: Helena's main role is within the industry sector, this includes finding new clients and putting people into jobs.
Hobbies and Interests: In her spare time Helena enjoys; history, travelling, languages and photography.
Favourite aspect of the job: Helena's favourite part of her job is meeting new people everyday, both clients and candidates.
Position: Industrial Consultant
Length with City Resource Ltd: Three months
Main job role: Loreta works in the Industrial sector of
recruitment. Loreta is tasked with meeting and finding new clients and candidates each day.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Loreta likes socialising, painting and dancing. Loreta enjoys being challenged and believes that you shouldn't settle for just good when you can have amazing!
Favourite aspect of the job: Her favourite aspect of the job is meeting people face to face, contacting new clients and learning more about their companies.
Position: Recruiter
Length with City Resource Ltd: Two years
Main job role: Tony is tasked with finding new candidates and helping to put them into the appropriate jobs.
Hobbies and Interests:In his spare time, Tony enjoys football and is a Tottenham Hotspur fan. He also enjoys music, reading and being with friends and family.
Favourite aspect of the job:Tony's favourite aspect of the job is constantly meeting different people.
Name: Marc Bulpit
Position: Payroll/Accounts Manager
Length with City Resource Ltd: Two and a half years
Main job role: Marc's main role is looking after the payroll and accounts for the business.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Marc enjoys playing golf and travelling with his wife, Belinda. He also enjoys watching football and supports Southampton Football Club.
Favourite aspect of the job: Marc's favourite aspect of his job is listening to the Radio 2 Pop Master show in the morning! He also enjoys the diversity of his job and working in such an amazing team!
Position: Payroll/Accounts Assistant
Length with City Resource Ltd: Two weeks
Main Job Role: Jolita's main job role is to input hours from the time sheet and assist Marc with the payroll.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Jolita enjoys cycling, gardening, knitting and cooking.
Favourite aspect of the job: Jolita enjoys everything about her job, especially learning new things. Jolita enjoys working in a team that feels like a family.
Position: Junior Marketing Executive
Length with City Resource Ltd: One week
Main job role: Emily is in charge of all of our social media, it is Emily's job to keep our website and social media accounts up to date. Emily is also responsible for posting new jobs online.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Emily enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, yoga and writing her own beauty blog.
Favourite aspect of the job: Emily's favourite aspect of her job is that everyday is different and she is constantly faced with new challenges.
Thats not it! We also have, two in house businesses SupportPL and FirstLink Training. Support PL is a support system for Polish people. They offer English speaking courses and offer help with everything from interpreting things like doctors appointments to writing cv's and letters. FirstLink Training is a dynamic new training company that help train people in first aid and CPC using a new online, interactive system.
Position: Director
Length with FirstLink Training: One year
Main Job Role: Mick's main duties include training and instructing people in first aid and CPC.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work, Mick enjoys playing golf.
Favourite aspect of the job: Mick's favourite aspect of the job is the training part. Mick enjoys seeing people leave at the end of the day happy and satisfied with what they have learnt.
Position: Director
Length with SupportPL: Six months
Main Job Role: Kat's daily jobs include interpreting various things for people from Polish to English and vice versa, doing English speaking courses and having meetings with people daily.
Hobbies and Interests: Kat enjoys spending time with friends and family, having girly nights with films and popcorn. Kat also enjoys reading, watching films, listening to music and being active, this includes running, exercising at home and at the gym.
Favourite aspect of the job: Kat's favourite part of the job is that she gets to use her language skills to help people. Kat also enjoys the regular contact she has with people throughout the week.
